I am currently a Chief People Officer for a non-profit organization in Atlanta, GA. I have over 15 years of experience in human resources, coaching/development, talent management, HR crisis management, strategic planning, compensation and benefits. I currently hold my BS in Urban Policy Studies with a specialization in Human Resources.  I have a MBA, SHRM Professional Human Resources and Mediation Certificate.

If you ask my mom how long I have been writing, traveling  and giving advise she would say since birth. Some of my early journal entries include a prayer to GOD for the UNLV men's basketball team to advance to the NCAA tournament. That statement may have shown my age. Through the years my journal entries and love for writing have continued to evolve. I am currently in the process of finishing my first book about how to navigate through the pain of life and use that pain to discover your passion. I will take you on a journey of heartbreak love and endurance through the eyes of me, my mother and my grandmother. For information about the book is coming soon.

I also have a travel bug . I am an avid globetrotter. I have traveled to many places across the world. Recently I discovered a new passion of sharing my adventures with others. Capturing the important moments that I never want to forget. Usually those moments include eating, praying, and writing. I am working on how I can share my adventures in a unique way that allows me to connect with others.

So now you get it. I am an aspiring author, avid globetrotter and life adviser. I was not created to only accomplish one assignment, goal, purpose or passion. I was created for more and you are too. Let's discover more together.
